Edmonton author coming to Lethbridge

February 26, 2019

The Lethbridge Public Library's main branch will host author Carissa Halton Thursday at 7 p.m.

Halton will share wisdom she's learned about community "from her misunderstood neighbourhood,” drawn from her new book Little Yellow House.

Her debut book, Little Yellow House: Finding Community in a Changing Neighbourhood tells stories of life in a notorious Edmonton neighbourhood in slow-revitalization.

Threaded through this collection of essays are questions about the social and economic forces that shape and reshape our cities.

Her presentation will include an author reading and an audience question and answer session.

The event is part of the Lethbridge Public Library's 100 year anniversary. Visit lethlib.ca for more information on these and all Library activities and events.
