Kevin Koe lost World Mens Curling Finals to Sweden's Nik Edin

Canada's Kevin Koe lost on home turf Sunday night at the world men's curling championship after dropping a 7-2 decision to Sweden's Niklas Edin.

With May being the month of Sexual Violence Awareness, Lethbridge College brought in a speaker from Edmonton to educate the Sexual Violence Action Committee on ways to support victims of workplace harassment.

"Really, we just need to start from a place of believing people who come fourth with allegations of sexual harassment—it's the first step. When we act with disbelief, we make people feel unsupported, and unwilling to share more about what happened," says Sexual Violence Prevention educator Derek Warick

According to Canadian Business, 43 percent of women and 12 percent of men say they have been harassed at work.
