The Lethbridge Jr. Bulls are hosting the little league National Championships

The Lethbridge Junior Bulls squashed Saskatchewan 26-2, Monday in the Junior Little League Championships. Teams from across the country are duking it out to win it all. The players are loving the hometown support at Spitz Stadium.

“It's super exciting having all of your friends on the bench cheering you on...having all your family in the crowd yelling at you...cheering for you," says outfielder Karsen Haney

Leading the team is head coach, Zach Goruk who’s just 20 years old.

"Yes, I am very young and we hear that a lot from other coaches, but I am currently still a player. I'm going through rehab right now with an injury, so I took this summer to stay involved with baseball and coach a great group of kids."

Lethbridge lost to Ontario 6-4 to wrap up Day 4. The tournament will run until August 5.
