"If (you) do not have a mask, then please put one on. We are instructing the community to please abide by that mandate, and do the right thing and put the masks on. We won't refuse a ride, but we will monitor. If we start to see too many people that are coming without masks and unwilling to wear it, then we will probably have to adjust how we're providing the service," says Transit Manager, Kevin Ponech.
